Nick HARRIS graduated from Harrow College Faculty of Art and Design,1982.Has worked as a freelance illustrator for thirty-plus years with publishers in the UK,and with other publishers in other parts of the world.His works mainly revolve around figurative characters in various genres as diverse as Fantasy, historical, adventure and fun/joke books.Has illustrated classics like 'Wind in the Willows' and the 'Arthurian Legends',through both mythological and historical subjects,to award winning books like 'Firework Maker's Daughter' (1995,for Philip Pullman with both of them winning a Smarties book prize),and complicated puzzle books like Usborne's Dragon Quest (for Andy Dixon).
